Hello, I have archived users by mistake, is there any way to restore them?

    I have msitakenly archived users beacuse with chrome, everytime I enter a user details the user info auto-fills woth my details, so every user in my system appears with my name and credentials. Can you pleadse help me find a solution?

    Hello Vanessa, the Bugify web interface doesn't have an option to do that.... but you can make an easy update to the database directly to re-activate them.

    first do an sql command of:

    select firstname,lastname,state from users;
    
    to list the users.

    then when you know who to fix (noting their "id") run the sql command:

    update users set state = 1 where id = {id of person to fix};

    Thank you for your reply! Please note that the issue arose because there is a bug with Chrome auto-fill. Every time I open a user profile, chrome automatically replaces the user info with my own, so when that when I make changes to said profile and then save, this user takes my alias. This is not an issue with Safari.
