Notifications and project status

Hi there,

Our company changed our email addresses from .ca to .com and since then I have not been receiving notifications, I have double checked that my notifications are turned on for everything and they are. My email address is changed in my account but my username is still [email blocked]. Can you help? I am missing vital client info.

Also when I click on the project, I do not always see all open issues associated with the project (but I can see them in overview), is this possible to change?

    Are you an administrator of the system? If so, what happens when you go to mail settings and press the Test button?

    If your whole company changed e-mail addresses, maybe the admin did not change the 'from' address or credentials, or the mail server name when this happened. It is the administrator who would have to sort this out for you, and who can test that the e-mails are being sent correctly.
