I've been trying to upgrade my support and have hit a stone wall...

"Your maintenance period expired over 6 months ago, or your licence does not have a maintenance period. Please get in touch with support for more information."

Repeated attempts to contact support have failed. What should I do?

    So far I’e received no response on how to upgrade my license.
