Lucene error message

There were some connectivity issues with Amazon's EC2 service, in Sydney, yesterday and since then I'm seeing the following message when updating or creating issues:

File '/var/www/bugify/application/lucene/segments_9j5' is not readable.

Do you have any suggestions? Is there something I can do to regenerate the Lucene index?

    Never mind. I just noticed that there is a 'Lucene Details' link beside 'Use PHP-based Lucene for searching?' on the 'General Settings' page that takes you to another page from which the index can be re-built.
